What We Do

Research
We develop and commission original research on emerging evaluation questions and challenges. We also ask people doing cutting-edge work to write about their experiences and findings. We publish this work as online and printed briefs, papers, and articles.

Training
Since we focus on new and emerging areas in evaluation, available training on the topics we cover is (almost by definition) in short supply. This is an area in which we are aiming to make a significant contribution.

Outreach
We have several ways of expanding our audiences and communicating regularly with them about new evaluation developments and learning.

Convening
As new fields of practice emerge, it is useful to bring people together periodically to discuss and share what we all are doing and learning. We organize in-person and online conversations to accelerate field development and encourage new collaboration.
